Frequently Asked Questions

Our farm is on the corner of 2 roads, Townline Road and Tilden Hill Road.  Depending on what site you have reserved, you will need to enter at one of the 2 addresses.

Tent Sites & RV Sites A – I: 5435 Townline Road(County Route 43), Vernon, NY 13476

Cabins & RV Sites J – S: 5170 Tilden Hill Road, Verona, NY  13478

We do not provide bikes/skis/snow shoes.

We do not currently have any glamping sites.  Tenters will need to bring their own tent.

Bed linens, towels, a microwave, small fridge and coffee & coffee maker, creamer/sugar are in all cabins.

We have a rowboat, canoe and kayak with paddles. Life jackets are not provided. Children under 12 will need to have a life jacket on while using the boats.

Swimming in not allowed in any of the ponds.

You can bring your own firewood or you can purchase firewood for $10 for up to a 2 day stay.

Each cabin has a coffee maker, coffee, cream and sugar provided.
